Frequently internet not working due to switch down issue and complaint registered but no proper response received yet, after complaint register no of calls were made to customer care but every time same answer received that your complaint is already registered and within * days will be resolved, but there is ** days lapse from complaint registration and not yet resolved and same issue arises at every *.* months, i have occurred notional loss due to service interruption
