I raised a complaint to enquire on expiry of ***** rewards points within a month without any intimation. The complaint was raised on **th Sep and I was told it will get addressed within few days (complaint no - ***********). I called multiple times to HDFC Customer care which itself is a time consuming process considering the wait time, but they don't have any answer or any ETA. It has been almost a month and I have no clue. This is extremely unprofessional for number one private bank in India. I have long association with the bank in multiple ways, and will not hesitate to disassociate myself.
