Justdial - Partner of company looted me

I enquired on Justdial for classes in which they gave me no toa fraud institution. The institution honey trapped me by taking advance fees of two levels i.e one regular and one advance. Course duration was *+* months. However, the first level took * months due to lack of teaching facility. The next level didn't start at all. As I had the time of only a month I asked for a refund to which they showed strict no refund policy which is good under "Indian Contract Act Of ****" and manager threatened me to take police action as the owner of the institution was a lawyer. Even the owner didnt heard me. I contacted Justdial to which they told strict action will be taken. They even asked me to mail this QC Mumbai team which I solemnly did asap. But every time Justdial and their employees cheated me and yet my ***** haven't been refunded. Its already * years and yet I am waiting for my refund. Justdial systematically fooled honey trapped and looted me. Never gave customer satisfaction despite being in an outsourcing advertisement agency they never stood their values.
