Blessen David filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 1, 2020
I had booked a ticket as per Booking ID NN************* and PNR ZKZLQZ which was cancelled by Indigo due to COVID-**. I applied for refund to Make my Trip and they refunded partial amount. Then I called Indigo and they refunded the partial deduction to Make my Trip. I made complaint through ** hours online support of Make my Trip from which I received the response that cancellation amount already refunded. They don't have any way to respond to my issue regarding partial refund. I called the call centre of Make my Trip and they informed that the balance amount will be credited but it never happened. Then I sent mail to Kochi Make my Trip and they informed that they will send my complaint to their customer care but they also could not resolve the issue. I am attaching all the documents to support the partial refund made to me and the full refund made by Indigo.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
