s suganthi filed complaint against Meesho on Oct 28, 2022
Myself Suganthi from Kalpakkam. I have ordered * sarees in Meesho on **th Sep the total cost is Rs. **** (*** x * = ****). The order number is ************.
On *rd October I have received only one saree instead of * sarees.. So I have returned the saree. The saree was picked and return completed.
On *th October I have received only Rs. *** with the transaction ID YESB***********. Remaining amount for the missing quantity ie Rs. *** yet to receive.
I have reached meesho customer care for several times and they have also send mail on *th , **, **, **th October. Finally they are saying that they are refunded the money on *th October.
I have receive receive Rs. **** but they have refunded Rs. *** only . Please help me to get the remaining amount Rs. ***.
