Weddingz.in - Didn t get my refund

We have booked an wedding event through weddingz.in Brittania chowk suddenly one day they told us that we are leaving that banquet hall and they forced us to shift our venue but as all our cards got distributed already we can't then they told us that we will refund your booking amount within * working days that was ***** rupees and from **th of march it is now more than two months we didn't get any refund every time when i called them they refused either they didn't picked up my call or they are making fake promises all the time i have contacted shalinder, nitin, himalaya and shivank and also on customer care of weddingz.in but as i said no response they all are fake and i have all proofs
