Kusuma filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 29, 2020
I have ordered a vishudh women green and gold toned kurta and skirt set with order I'd #********************* for amount Rs **** and when I opened the package I was shocked to see the package was containing only skirt in a bad condition and the kurta was missing. I have contacted Myntra customer care and explained the issue since dec**th and have raised a complaint no: IN******************** and they are declining my complaint saying that from their end and logistics end they check and only sent but did not provide any proofs.They are simply denying my request. Due to their negligence I am suffering mentally and am not ready to loose my hard earned money. I want my money back at any cost...
