Symphony Limited - Partial Order Received

I have recently purchased the product "Symphony Surround B Black | BLDC Tower Fan | Remote-Controlled *-Speed Breeze" from their official website with the order number #******-*. The order was placed on the **th of April, ****. While placing the order, the delivery was promised by the **th of April, ****. Later it was updated that the delivery will be delayed due to some unexpected reasons. I was disappointed but did not raise a complaint. Finally the product was delivered on the *nd of May, **** and after unboxing I've realized that the remote was not included in the package. I immediately tried getting in touch with the customer service team to raise this concern but did not receive any response. I have tried all available options since then, tickets, emails, calls and WhatsApp chats to get in touch with the support team to get a resolution to this, but no use. I found it almost impossible to talk to an actual human who can help me with this and update me on the complaint raised but every option I try is an IVR which would ask for a bunch of details and drop the call without connecting me to a human agent.
