I am writing to report that I have received a damaged product and would like to initiate a return. I have reached out to them multiple times via call and WhatsApp. But they are not helping. The product is not working correctly. Specifically, the fan blade is broken, and the base holding the fan is also broken. When the device is turned on, it vibrates excessively and moves from its base location.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
