Ecom Express and meesho - Parcel undeliver

Dear sir/ma'am

My meesho awb no. ********** Order not yet delivered, out of delivery message was received on **th Sept, delivery boy gave me a miss call Messaged the status of the order by entering the wrong address, I also called him back but he did not respond, out of delivery on **th September too
By sending a message my parcel was not delivered, when I called, he said that I do not have your parcel, while he went to someone in my neighborhood with the parcel And went towards me with some hand gesture, but did not come till evening to deliver the parcel, today on ** september again the message of out of deliver came But did not come to deliver the parcel till evening, when I called, it says that I will come to deliver tomorrow, if you are in a hurry, then come to pick yourself up
When I told him that you are fooling me for * days, I will complain, then he says that whatever you have to do, cut the call saying that...
You are requested to take action on this matter, otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.
