Ecom Express and meesho - Fraud done by seller

I am nameeta Kadao, I have ordered many times from meesho app and I personally love it but last time I ordered a neck piece which was paid online after all discounts payment was made *** rs. It got automatically cancelled and I got the refund.
Today ECOM EXPRESS sent me a parcel and I was not home with the exact same amount as COD and asked my husband for payment, before my husband could verify parcel details he hastled him for money and went after delivering the parcel. Seller name is Kamal garments and address is written the way I have entered in the meesho app with my husband's no in address.
Kindly look into the matter it's not about the money but about the integrity of the sellers on meesho app. I am a loyal customer and fond of meesho app. Kindly revert
