I ordered boat airdopes ** active black from the boat official website. But when I received the parcel it was empty from inside the product was not there. I tried to report it to boat customer service but couldn't connect with the agent. I have wasted a lot of time reporting it and have faced loss of money I have been scammed. Even when I tried to stop the delivery guy he ran away didn't even help report it. I mailed boat with all the photos but they closed the window without any replacement.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
