Vrl Packers And Movers - Parcel opened and things stolen

*) Transported household from Bangalore to Panipat via VRL Packers and movers (location Add. ***, Vernna layout, yehelanka, Main road, dasarahalli, HA Farm Post, bangalore ******) on **th December **** and paid **k for transport + Packaging, where they charged road tax on *nd hand households. Except LED TV i got all other luggage after * month (on **th Jan). That also after so many calls and messages.
*) Informed them before itself that i have **inch TV. They agreed to shift it and later asked for *k more for more packaging which i paid (no other option) and delivered it to me on **th May (after * months) after so many calls and messages and requests. I mean totally frustrated/mentally stressed for literally * months.
*) In my TV pack there was a amazon fire stick (costs *k) one philips trimmer used and burnt due to miss handling (costs *.*k) one small JBL speaker (cost *k) TV stand (got with TV) and thin rubber bands (cost ***) which is missing now. And again no proper response from company owner and he is telling its not my responsibility.
*) Packaging done in Bangalore is removed, items are stolen and then cement company tape is used. My TV was packed with original company fitting thermocol but that is not present, instead of it there are * used and dirty home made pillows that are used by these truck guys.
*) Insurance was also included but now they are not giving that also. And telling we are not responsible to any theft. Because of these guys i got so much stressed and sad that i have lost hike and bonus in company due to not able to concentrate on work. Used to call them **-** time and they never used to pick the call. I need strict action against this company for cheating and putting me to stress and stealing items from luggage.
*) I got news paper in the TV pack which is dated as * or * march ****, which clearly says it came in march but was not given to me and kept on delaying.
*) these are bloody * people from same village. One do packing and other doing transport but not taking responsibility of theft by their truck drivers or may be by themselves. I need strict action so that they will not able to cheat any other people. Their site is:.
