Indian Railways - Parcel not received

I have booked a parcel from Jabalpur (jbp) to Palakkad (pgt) on **/**/**** with luggage ticket no. **-******. Till now this parcel is not delivered and even after repeated attempts, I could not trace my parcel. I filed a complaint (W/WC/JBP/*********) to Jabalpur railway station, but they closed it claiming that they have already sent the parcel in train no. ***** Up (Jabalpur/Coimbatore Superfast Special) on **.*.****. Then I lodged a complaint in Palakkad station on **/**/**** (W/SR/PGT/*********). They closed it saying that this matter is with the Non-Receipt cell, Chennai and if any information received, they will convey me.
Till date, I haven't received my parcel or any compensation. Please check the attached document and kindly do the needful for the delivery of my parcel.
