Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd - Parcel not delivered

On **th of March ****, a parcel of nearly * kg numbered *********** was sent by Subhash P. Kumar from Changanassery branch of Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd, pin code - ****** to ITM Hostel, Atal Nagar, Raipur, pin code ****** was not delivered even by *st of April. The reason so given by the courier company is that the mentioned area is ODA (Out of Delivery Area) whereas clearly on their website ( www.trackoncouries.com) it is serviceable. And also this company have delivered a consignment numbered ************ in January this year, to the same address. Thus the reason now given is unconvincing.
On **th of March, Lekha Subhash wife of the consignor filed a complaint numbered C****** on the website of the courier company to which they responded with the reason mentioned above and asked for the package to be collected from their Raipur Hub branch which is nearly impossible as the consignee (I) stay in hostel far from city with outing timings.
On **th March, the company informed the sender that the consignment has been returned to the origin place. So I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action and not let this repeat.
