I sent a package from Delhi to Chennai on **st May. But the package is still not delivered. On call ing the customer care there is no response and staff are very irresponsible and inconsiderate. It's lying in sriperambudur hub from **th May without even a single trace of trying for delivery. Very poor service. Slow worst and horrible courier company. Never ever send parcels through this courier. It has ***% non delivery rate.
