I had ordered a pendant from an online shopping website which was to reach me by the **th of April. I checked the delivery status of my parcel on tracking status over dtdc website but it was showing as delivered. When I contacted the customer care they said that I was informed earlier and my signature was also taken, which clearly is not the case. Also the nearest branch didn't take my complaint seriously. The gift was very urgent to me and costly too. Please look into the matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
