Had sent household goods. The person who came to pack was a novice. I had to pack the cartons. * other cartons which were packed with fragile goods by me were taken as it is without adding any padding inspite of my request to do so. The cartons were taken to their office in Gurugram, where a plastic sheet was wrapped with no bubble wrapping. The luggage was weighed and was told that it is around *** Kg and need to pay Rs.***** for it.
When I received the luggage, the bill has the weight mentioned as *** Kg.
I tries calling up the DTDC Packers and Movers office at Phase *, Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, but no one responds.
I would like a refund of the excess amt charged.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
