I have to say that a parcel(Tracking number - **********), which contains some books, to be delivered to me by trackon courier p ltd (courier booking date - **/**/****). But it is not delivered to me till now. In this regard, when I call the trackon customer care no. **********, I got the information that my parcel has been delivered to me on dated **/**/****, and the same massage found in my mobile on dated **/**/****. But the reality is that the parcel is not delivered to me till now. Please take appropriate action in this regard. Sir, I am mentally tortured by this whole incident.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
