Rapido parcel - Parcel not delivered in allotted time

I booked rapido parcel service on **th December **** at **:** pm. The destination time showed only **mins while I Booked. My parcel item is specs. My husband missed his specs at home while leaving Sabarimala. So I urgently booked the parcel service in rapido. I checked drivers movement but he didn't move . Then I tried to reach him he attended and said he was in his friends house for his mobile charging. It will takes ** mins. But I have to reach my parcel . After ** mins only he reached and given. That time I tried to costomer care but no one is not help me that time.after completed the issue I got a call from the company. If I send any medicine that time also the did the same what will happen? Because of this my husband's sabarimala trip also delayed.
