Rapido parcel - Package not delivered

I had sent some food at my Mom's place through Rapido Parcel and as time passed by they waited and waited but the parcel did not get delivered , I am very frustrated that food was necessary for her as she is not keeping well . I hope you understand the rapido captain cuts the call and refuses to pick it and then now my tiffins in which I had sent the food in is gone as well..
I demand a **** ₹ compensation fees from Rapido Company for the loss of my objects.
