I ordered a car dashboard mobile phone holder but by mistake I mentioned the wrong number the last digit was * and I mentioned * so the delivery agent said to show the original aadhar card and take the order we agreed but the one whose aadhar card we have to show he was not at home so the delivery agent said he will give it tomorrow but he never came back and he mentioned that the order is delivered. The delivery person himself said that otp is going to some another number and now saying that it was otp delivery.
I contacted Meesho customer care but they didn't took any action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
