This is not the first time this has happened to me. The first time this happened.y oder was supposed to arrive on *th because I needed the outfit for an event. On *th my money was refunded and an apology note came. Since I still needed the outfit I ordered it again and now the same thing is happening. Its past the estimated time and yet I haven't received my order.
