I had booked my parcel on*th May **** bearing the tracking number K******** and was supposed to be delivered to Dumka, Jharkhand but the item has not yet been delivered. Whereas the site update is displaying successfully delivered at Ranchi on **th May ****. On complaining , the customer care has got only one answer that the investigation is going on and they will get back soon. I have raised *numbers of service requests on the DTDC concerned site bearing the number ****** and ****** which had been raised since **th May **** but the DTDC is yet to track whom was the item delivered. Very poor service and response from DTDC as if nobody is concerned about fake delivery and theft of items. This is ridiculous and highly incredible in the part of DTDC courier services. Even most of the contact numbers displayed in the customer complaint site section are not working.
