Trackon Couriers P Ltd - Parcel Lost

I had Order shoes From Delhi shop Nls shoes on **/**/**** .they send my parcel through trackon courier Delhi jankpuri area to my place bhopal. Parcel came at bhopal on **/**/****.When i go to trackon bhopal head office they said my parcel is went to city so i told them to call my parcel here so i can collect at but next day i gone to trackon office and i came to know that my parcel is lost. so they told wait *-* days we are searching your parcel but * week gone no response from them then i meet to gopal sir in trackon office who is at higher position in that office so i told whole story to them they said give me invoice and application i will send it from clam . on */**/**** i had given application and invoice to gopal sir .they said within a week you will get your money but till now they didn't give my cheque every time when i went to contact him they said your cheque is approve but till now not came . so told them sir * month going to over but till now no repose .so i told them that i will case in consumer court . they said ohk now you do case on cosumer court .
