My parcel was supposed to be delivered by ** th June, ****. The Shadowfax rider contacted me on *th June for the parcel. I was out and so couldn't pick up the phone which ringed for ** sec. Then I called them, but wasn't picked up. Next day, I was not at home again n I missed their call. Through WhatsApp I replied the rest of the days till today that Yes I am available but no reply. I called the rider named Anubhav Dutta (****** *****) and he picked and started talking rudely, had no professionalism and blamed me for not responding and when I asked if I would get the parcel today, he said he can't assure. And till now, no riders pick up the phone. I have the app installed, it always says out for delivery, and it automatically sets to 'please be assured we will attempt the delivery next day'.
