Shadowfax Delivery Partner - Package not delivered

I placed an order on the savana app on ** April ****. It has been over ** thirteen days and I still haven't gotten any delivery for the product that I have ordered. They made three attempts to deliver my order and still I didn't receive my order. I called the delivery guy multiple times on the day of the delivery and he didn't pickup. It has been over ** days of my order still didn't receive it. The last two delivery attempts was made in **rd and **th April **** that was failed and I called him on these days also but he didn't responded to any. The third attempt was made today on **th April **** that was also unsuccessful I also called him multiple times today but he didn't pickup any calls and neither responding to my messages and calls and even try to cancel my order without my knowledge and permission this is so unfair and irresponsible behaviour. This is so much disappointing and frustrating behaviour. My order was also prepaid neither it's getting cancelled or neither I'm getting it. This is very inconvenient and frustrating situation for me. It was my first time experience of such a bad behaviour of delivery guy or product delivery and trust me this frustrating and unprofessional behaviour. I really hope that you will take strict action against him and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
