Delivery ltd - Parcel being delayed

So I had to deliver a parcel to one of my customer I own a business so the amount of the parcel was *** and with the delivery charts the total was *** so I dispatched the order on ** November and it showed me that the parcel will be delivered by ** November which was all right for me because my customer needed it on page ** November today's ** number and I am trying so hard to connect the delivery company but they are not responding they have IVR number but when I called that number it's just a helpline which is not the person taking at the right presence I mean to say that it's just telling me to type the AWB number and telling me sorry the parcel is delayed sorry for the inconvenience it will be delivered soon and today it's showing me the estimate date is ** November I am least bordered about the money but it's affecting my business image which is literally draining me out and if I won't be able to deliver it today my customer won't accept that order
