One shipment from Alpino is supposed to reach me on **th October, **** worth Rs. ****. The amount was prepaid. The confirmation regarding delivery of my item was confirmed by Delivery Ltd. Through WhatsApp messages and text messages to my registered mobile no. Ending with ****. But, the delivery was automatically cancelled every day without even any contact to me. The number provided by the company is not trusted I think as no one pick up the call after repeated try. Hence, my complain that the company make me suffer mentally.
