I have changed a penalty of rs ** .I call customer care they said me me it's a * invalid rides but I don't understand what is invalid ride so they told me your drop distance is not same you should tell the customer to update the location but i don't know on the app no training videos of update drop location in the rapido app so why is penalty on me customer care person told me there is no way to refund your money u can case us
