Rapido captain app - Money deducted from my wallet

On **th March at *.**am ***Rs deducted from my wallet then again another rs*** deducted *.**am and again another ***rs deducted at *.**am. In total rs*** deducted from my Rapido captain wallet. I contacted customer care and they told me there was a fake delivery on **th of March near *.**-*.**am. When I asked them to describe what do you mean by "fake delivery" ? They had no answer. Again I contacted them and this time the agent told me it was an system error and confirmed that within ** minutes they will give me full refund. After ** minutes or so I contacted them again and they changed their promises and told me they can't give any refund as the delivery was fake. I again asked them what do you mean by "fake delivery"? They couldn't give any answer. I told them that I collected the parcel and they gave me the pickup otp, then I reached to the customer's location and customer requested me to go in front of Spandan Hospital or something like that hospital and I went there. After **-** minutes or so customer contacted that pickup point restuarant and gave me delivery otp. I completed my ride only after entering drop/delivery otp. How come you guys say that delivery was fake? I also described everything that exactly happened with that particular order. The customer representative couldn't find any reason to blame me and then again she couldn't describe how the delivery was fake. I'm frustrated now. Rapido captain application deducted my wallet balance and now it's in negetive. Now they're saying that I've to recharge my wallet with ***rs or so, so that I can get ride request again. As a captain most of us don't even get a profit of *** rs in a day most of the times. And they are penalizing me ***rs for something which even they're unable to describe. I also took a subscription plan of rs*** for * days. Today I waited * hours for my problem to be resolved but got no resulation. Got * rides as my balance is in negative. I had to travel **-** kilometres without any rides from rapido. A day lost. After * days my subscription will end and I'm not going to get any rides until I pay them the ammount which they deducted for something which they can't describe. So no work until I pay them and if I don't pay my subscription money will not be returned also. Tell me this is not a fraud by Rapido to me?! In total ***rs and * days of paid subscription without earning a single penny. Please help me. Enough of their fraud. * days means ****rs to ****rs of loss + *** deduction + ***rs of paid subscription loss. Please help me to recover all losses and also take a strong action against Rapido. I'm doing this Rapido Captain work cause I've a lot of issues. They're just taking advantages.
