Shadowfox courier - Pakage not delivered

Prepaid package * day delivery is not delivered from last * weeks
But when purchased on COD it comes right away.
Order no naykaa shopping hub NYK-*********-*******was placed on *th May. Delivery was scheduled for *th May. I have twice raised the complaint, no revert yet. The agent says that we are trying figure out why there is a delay. I have paid in advance and I am regretting about the service you provide. Additionally the app shows the products have reached the nearest delivery hub on *th May. So today being the **th May, still the products are lying there????? Are you carrying out some malpractice on the products???? I have paid Rs.****. Is it that I have paid the real price to receive some unauthicated cheap products and its taking time for carring out some malpractice. @Naykaa
