Shadowfox courier - My package has not been picked up till 12 days

My return parcel has not been picked up by shadowfox courier till ** days! And for this delay I am not able to get refund!after I think several attempts a courier person called me today asked about my address.I told him and he informed that he is coming.after * min I got a update that pick up could not be attempted as per clients need! I mean what is this? They are liars! Worst courier service I have ever seen! They don’t have any contact no nothing!
