I oder end of **th March **, and delivered showing **th March **,
But I don't have received any parcel and also not received any call
I checked the meesho app and application showing oder status as delivered the item. I didn't receive any order. I call the customer care Number so many time but they told your oder is already delivered but now till date we have not receive any oder
If we had the option to give NO STAR for this app I would choose that.
I ordered a product and after * days at **.** PM I got a message which said order has been delivered successfully. I was confused because I haven't got any call for product delivery. Next day I called customer service * times in a week and they said it happens because of technical issue and you will get your refund. Few days passed again I called, they said it is delivered and I literally am pissed now. I need refund my payment.
I am request to you please take action as soon as possible

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
