Flipkart - Pakage delayed by 23 days

I ordered a HomeTown Bed from flipkart on **th May, **** and I was supposed to get it on *nd June, ****. I got the message on *nd June, **** that they tried to deliver some of my items but I was not available to collect it but I did not receive any call whatsoever. They rescheduled the delivery to *th June, ****. I contacted the customer care and I was assured that I will get my product but on *th June, **** but then I got the same message on that day that the delivery is rescheduled to **th June, ****. I got really frustrated and I wasted many hours just talking to the customer care but they did not help me. They just gave me false assurance. I talked to their senior and even told him to take actions against the seller and courier partner but they did not help me. I have already paid for the order on **th May, **** but it's been more than a month and I haven't had my product. They wasted my time and my money. This is unacceptable.
