After trip, I paid *** but next day when am trying to book the ola again then I am seeing message like your last ride amount is payable please clear the dues before next ride booking.
So I started looking to file the complaint with Ola there is not proper option to log the incident like this which is clearly indicating that ola or ola driver is fooling the customer.
If I want to complain which option to select ?
I need a copy of my invoice
I have issues with recharging my Wallet Balance
I was not able to change the payment method during the ride
My ride fare is higher than the estimated fare
I was charged without taking a ride
I did not get my offer discount
I was charged toll/parking fee incorrectly
My debit/credit card/ UPI ID/ Wallet payment failed
I was charged twice on my credit card / debit card / UPI id/Wallet
I want to understand my fare breakup
I was not able to pay online for this ride
so obvisouly there is no way to complain about my issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
