Ola Auto Hyderabad - Harrassment by ola

On **st October, i travelled by ola auto and paid Rs.***/-by cash as internet on my mobile did not work at that time. Actually I chose payment option as cash at the time of booking. The driver would not leave if I did not pay cash. Now I am getting frequent reminders from ola to settle that amount. I do not. Know to whom they will pay now. I am not able to book ola rides thereafter, as the app is demanding payment of pending bill. I feel vexed with this. For my mail it says mail id is not registered with them which is very much appearing in my profile.
