Indiabulls Dhani Loan - Paid the full amount for loan forclosure But loan not closed even after 1 month

On **th January ****, I have received a call from dhani executive to foreclose my personal loan. She told me to pay ***** to preclose the loan, and I will get an NOC in * days to my mail. So after discussion I paid ***** rupees as per the discussion, she assured my I will get NOC in * days.
But I didn't get any NOC till now, and still dhani is asking me to pay EMIs monthly, and they are charging penalty even after paying full loan amount. And after sending continious mails and following up with customer support also, my loan is still active. Please close the loan immediately, and send me NOC.
