Book My Bai - Paid registration and 1 month comission fees and no service provided

We paid a registration fees of Rs. *,*** for getting a premium service and search for maid service in Bangalore on ** August ****. Later we got a confirmation from Book My Bai that they have found a maid for us and are arranging the same and for that we need to pay Rs. ***** as a commission, we paid the same and they send one maid forcefully to our place who refused to work in less than ** hours and left our premises in next ** hours. We have been requesting the team since then and there is no response nor any service from Book My Bai and just been getting new timelines and no response from the team nor they are ready to refund the money.
