Book My Bai - Complaint against Book My Bai

Dear all, I had a urgent requirement for a cook and approached Book My Bai. I made initial payment of rs.**** for urgent search of cook and then made another payment of rs.****. two times it happened that the shortlisted cook did not show up and then i made it very clear that as it is an urgent requirement i cannot wait for long and therefore started searching a cook locally and i found one. I informed the same to team and exchanged a couple of emails but no positive reply. The team started talking about Agreement etc. that they cannot refund money but will keep it in bookmybai wallet however i refused as i was never informed that incase they fail to arrange a cook , they will not be able to refund my money. I have all chat messages and email exchanges with the team. I even warned them that i will go ahead on social media and start tagging them for unprofessional behaviour. I have given them ample time to respond but no response for a month now. I need my hard earned money back!!!
