Dear Sir, I paid for * items as per attached invoice from the website https://www.insasta.com and paid online on *th Feb, ****. Invoice details attached in pdf format. Also, got email confirmation from them on the same day, however, none of the * items have been delivered till today. Please help me to either get my full refund immediately alongwith compensation for this harassment or get the materials delivered on priority. Looking forward to your kind revert on prompt basis.
