Flipkart - paid for phone but they are not ready to dispatch

I ordered a phone on **-*-** on flipkart. I paid all amount. But after * days waiting.waiting-waiting they still didn't packed phone. Packet status is showing only order revived after * days. Not any forum to complaint this.
Customer care is too irresponsible, They don't have idea y this product was not packed still at all. Customer care don't have seller contact details. First its promise date was **-*-** now its date became **-*-** automatically.
