Attire Hub - Paid exchange product not delivered

There’s this Instagram online clothing store called attire hub, where I ordered a saree, which was damaged when opened, when asked them about exchange, they said they would exchange after I sent the pictures of the damages as proof, they agreed but they said I will have to bare the cost to send the item through post. I agreed and sent it to them to the address they gave me. (The screenshot is attached) the proof of the receipt. So now they said it will take few days to reach me. So it’s been almost ** days that I’ve not got my exchanged delivery product, the saree is worth ****. And now they do not reply me on the account even if they see all my messages. So, since I find them doing fraud to the customers. Do consider this and do the needful.
