DIVYA SINGH filed complaint against Attire Hub on May 1, 2019
I had ordered a dress from an Instagram page by the name Attire Hub for Rs.**** on **th March. I received it on the **th of March. The quality of the dress was very cheap and was completely different from what I had ordered. I contacted the admin for exchange or refund, He/she told that they can only exchange it. I was ok with it. I sent back the dress on the address which I was told by them on *nd April by spending Rs. *** as the courier charge. They received the dress on *th April and they didn't notify me about that and also they were not coming online on their Instagram page. I managed to contact them through WhatsApp on *th April and told them the whole issue and on the same day, I placed the order for replacement. Almost a week went by and I didn't receive my order. On **th April I had a word with them, they told that my order was replaced which was actually a stupid excuse and they placed the same order on **th. Now ** to ** days have passed yet I haven't received my order. All this while they kept on saying that you will receive the order soon or in one to two days or tomorrow and now they are ignoring my messages. I have even told that I file a complaint against them still there's no difference.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
