Dtdc Courier - Packet got stuck

My name is Ashish and I wanted to know about my courier status. it's very urgent for me to know. It's been ** days since courier got stuck in Dubai transit .I sent this courier for important study related verification purpose. Currently, I am not able to track even I have put many emails and query of DTDC portal , and ,still I am waiting for reply.
kindly solve this complaint as soon as possible it is very very urgent for me.
