I have ordered product on **th Feb ****. The product was expected to delivered on **th Feb ****. The Application showing it was reached to nearest hub on **rd Feb ****. But after that it never shows it is out for delivery.
I have raised ticket on application and also called customer support team regarding this issue. They asked me to wait for ** hours but when I called next time they are still saying same thing.
I asked them to contact to the hub where my product have reached and asked them to deliver but they don't have any contact with the HUB where product is stored right now.
Today is *th March **** the product still not delivered and not showing out for delivery.
I am attaching screenshot of tracking details from application.
Please take action on meesho for this unsupportive act and not delivering the product on time.
