ARIJIT MONDAL filed complaint against Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd on Dec 16, 2025
I wish to lodge a formal consumer complaint against Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. for serious deficiency in service, negligence, and unprofessional conduct.
I booked a courier consignment containing urgent medicines picked up from Cafoli Life Care Pvt. Ltd., Haryana, for delivery to my address in West Bengal. The consignment reached the Dalhousie Hub, Kolkata, approximately * days ago, but has still not been delivered.
The shipment status has been repeatedly updated as “Undelivered – Out of Delivery Area / Service Not Available.”
If Trackon’s delivery service was not available at my location, the company should not have accepted or picked up the consignment in the first place.
Despite repeated follow-ups:
The Dalhousie Branch Manager (mobile no. **********) behaved rudely, disconnected my calls, and refused assistance.
A Dalhousie executive, Ms. Rakhi (mobile no. **********), assured me that the parcel would be forwarded through Delhivery Logistics, but she has since stopped responding to calls.
This parcel contains essential medicines required for patients, and the delay has caused mental harassment, business loss, and serious inconvenience. Trackon has neither delivered the parcel nor provided any alternate solution.
I request the Consumer Forum to kindly:
Take this complaint on record
Direct Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. to immediately deliver the consignment or refund the full amount
Take appropriate action for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice
