I ordered cycling bags on ** AUG **** and ** AUG **** and I have not even received a tracking ID number till now. They refuse to refund my money despite asking them to cancel shipment and they do not send the items.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
