Order was place on * july **** and was not delivered till **st Aug **. On **st Aug **, the order was cancelled and cancellation accepted. Since then order is in TO_REFUND state, about a month now when it was said that it would be refunded within *-* working days!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
