From May **** till date more than ** orders I placed on Flipboard were not delivered at my location. We are ordering with trust that our orders will be delivered on time that we want to use or gift for some specific event. If it happens for one time we can understand but for more than a year now. I've contacted and reported to flipkart customer care also many time about it. Each time they have consented it won't happen again. Just now also my latest order get cancelled. What kind of service is this???
They are never contacting also. In last order they wrote the status that customer doesn't want order. How unprofessional?
Can you please help. Others should not suffer this way. Is there any way we can teach these people to respect customer?
